Hogan & Pinckney, Inc.
Hogan & Pinckney, Inc. began as Cacace & Pinckney, Inc. in 1945. Robert Hogan joined the firm in 1961 as an apprentice carpenter and worked his way up to job superintendent. In 1973, Robert became the president, chief of operations, and sole owner, changing the business trade name to Hogan & Pinckney, Inc. In 2014 Hogan & Pinckney, Inc. expanded operations by opening a construction management limited liability corporation, called HP Construction Management, LLC.
Hogan & Pinckney, Inc. has engaged in a wide variety of public, commercial, and residential construction jobs. Robert has built many hotels in the Monterey Bay Area. He has 20+ years’ experience with hotel ownership and operations of the Best Western Scotts Valley. He has constructed numerous custom luxury homes all over the Bay Area and the Monterey Bay Area.
